70cl / 40% – A citrus-forward Spanish single malt from Destilerias Acha, Haran – meaning ‘valley’ in Basque – takes its name from the Ayala Valley where the distillery sits. This Haran single malt was matured in a combination of American, French and Iberian oak casks for eight years, creating aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, sweet malt and lemon curd that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of orange zest, vanilla cream, fresh malt, soft oak and lemon peel that linger in the finish.
