A big, bold rye whiskey from Michter's that was matured in a single barrel and bottled at the strength it came out of the cask at. Aromas of butterscotch, cinnamon, warm toast and cherries fill the nose, followed by notes of vanilla, caramel, oaky spice and freshly-baked bread throughout the palate.
An innovative whiskey from Kentucky's New Riff, this is made using Balboa, a heritage variety of rye, which makes up 95% of the recipe. The other 5% is malted rye from classic varieties, and the result is a rich and roounded rye whiskey with notes of spiced fruit compote, clove and nutmeg.

A rare example of 100% malted rye whiskey, this expression from New Riff has been aged for six years and bottled without chill filtration. ounded and rich on the palate with notes of spice, saltwatter taffy, clove and toasted malt.

Well-aged Jura is a rarely seen whisky. This 30-year-old bourbon-cask-matured example is rich and robust with classic vanilla notes.
A classically floral and fruity Dufftown from Speyside. Distilled in 2008 and matured in a borbon barrel for 13 uyears, this is a superb example fo thee distillery's spirit-led style.
This Bunnahbhain from indie bottler Artful Dodger was distilled in 1980 and aged for 38 years in a single refill bourbon hogshead. The resulting whisky is floral and fruity with a hit of ginger spice on the finish.
Origin comes from Pokeno in New Zealand's Waikato region. Made from locally-grown barley and matured entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels, this shows off the purity of the distillery's spirit. The resulting whisky is of a sweeter style with notes of grapefruit, honey and creamy toffee.
Octomore 10.2 explores a softer side of smoke that other releases in the range, spending the first four years of its life in bourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-Sauternes casks for a further four years. Aromas of toasted oak, smouldering peat, nectarine, passion fruit and candied lemons fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe peach, Jelly Babies, dry smoke, toasted oak, clove, orange and honey throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
The first release in Jura's Islander's Expressions Collection was initially matured in American white oak barrels and finished in ex-Barbados rum casks. The bottle features artwork by Amy Dunnachie, a Jura-born artist who uses items found on the shores of the island to create jewellery. Aromas of tropical fruit, orange, coconut, vanilla and nectarines fill the nose, complemented by notes of creamy vanilla, grilled peaches, banana, passion fruit and mango on the palate and lingering in the finish.
The Whisky Exchange
A fruity, smoky 2016 Ardnamurchan single malt from The Whisky Exchange, made with a combination of peated and un-peated whisky, matured in just five casks – three ex-bourbon barrels and two ex-oloroso sherry hogsheads. The nose brings aromas of oranges, apples and leather, followed by notes of rich smoke, bananas, cinnamon and creamy chocolate that build on the palate and linger in the finish.
Batch 3 of Isle of Arran's Lagg Distillery Inaugural Release is a heavily peated single malt that was finished in ex-Rioja casks and bottled in 2022. Aromas of earthy peat, delicate minerality and toasted oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe berries, dark fruit, bold peat smoke, green herbs and sea salt throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

Batch 2 of Isle of Arran's Lagg Distillery Inaugural Release is a heavily peated single malt that was finished in ex-oloroso sherry casks and bottled in 2022. Aromas of earthy peat smoke, sweet toasted nuts, cocoa and sticky fruitcake fill the nose, complemented by notes of chewy toffee, red fruits, creamy vanilla, bold peat smoke, salted caramel, bonfire embers and toasted oak throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.

A 1993 single malt distilled at Highland favourite Clynelish and packed with its classic waxy character. It was bottled in 2022 by the team at Carn Mor exclusively for The Whisky Exchange.
A sweet, rich blended whisky from A.D Rattray, Bank Note Five Year Old is made with a blend of Speyside and Highland malt whiskies, and Lowland grain whisky, matured in oak casks to create a mellow, alluring character. The nose brings aromas of vanilla, cream and green apples fill the nose, followed by notes of soft oak spice, caramel, candied orange peel and ginger throughout the palate.
The 2022 release of 25-year-old single malt from Glen Scotia, which was matured in American oak barrels and married in first-fill bourbon basks before bottling. Aromas of sweet vanilla, salty sea breezes and clove-studded oranges fill the nose, complemented by notes of red apples, tangy orange, caramel, ground ginger and sea salt throughout the palate.
