A limited-edition English single malt from the Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions series, Reflections was made in collaboration with Michelic-starred restaurant owner Simon Rogan. Reflecting the journey from his first restaurant, to what is now an eight-strong portfolio spanning two continents, Rogan's inspiration came from the calm beauty of the Lake District. A modern interpretation of a classic, Reflections offers notes of spiced pumpkin pie, fragrant oak, apple compote, cinnamon and vanilla that fill the palate and linger in the finish.

The eighth-release of cask strength 10-year-old from Glenallachie, released in November 2022, is a marriage of Pedro Ximenex and oloroso sherry puncheons, as well as a small number of virgin oak and ex-Rioja red wine casks, specially-selected by master blender Billy Walker. The result is a nose that bursts with mocha, nutmeg and walnut aromas, followed by heather honey, sweet raisins and dried berries. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, molasses, honeycomb, ginger, dark chocolate, nutmeg and fennel that linger in the finish.

A 2005 Scapa single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail that was matured in a single first-fill ex-bourbon barrel for 17 years, before being bottled in August 2022 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of poached pears, passion fruit, honeysuckle, green grass, lemon sherbet and toasted oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of tropical fruit, mixed nuts, dark honey, desiccated coconut, orange zest, rose water and pink pepper throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
