Fettercairn 1997 18 Year Old Signatory
70cl / 46% | Highland Single Malt Scotch WhiskyFettercairn is rarely seen as an independent bottling these days. This 1996 vintage Fettercairn has been released by Signatory as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled on 10 October, it was aged in a pair of hogsheads, before being bottled at 18 years of age on 9 March 2016. Notes of oranges are often picked up on whiskies from this distillery.

Auchentoshan 1998 17 Year Old Signatory
70cl / 46% | Lowland Single Malt Scotch WhiskyA 1998 Auchentoshan from independent bottler Signatory as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Distilled on 2 December, it was matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for 17 years before being bottled on 25 March 2016. This distillery is known for it's light, sweet and citrusy character.
