Matured in a variety of casks for at least 12 years, this limited-edition whisky was made at Japan’s first and oldest malt distillery – Yamazaki. Bottled a century after the distillery was founded and the House of Suntory was born, this single malt offers aromas of juicy peaches, persimmons and vanilla that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of coconut, butter and rich, sweet oak, complemented on the finish by lingering hints of vanilla and caramel.

Yamazaki | 18 Year Old | Mizunara | 100th Anniversary

70cl / 48% | Japanese Single Malt Whisky

A limited-edition single malt with a distinctly Japanese character, this 18-year-old Yamazaki has been matured exclusively in mizunara oak casks. The result is a whisky that captures the delicate character of this rare wood, offering aromas of dark cherries, ripe peaches, cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose. The palate is filled with aromatic notes of clove-studded oranges and Japanese incense, followed by lingering notes of clove, sandalwood and dried coconut.

The Whistler The Good, The Bad and The Smoky | Peated Cask Finish

70cl / 48% | Blended Irish Whiskey

This whiskey from Boann distillery was finished for a minimum of 10 months in peated quarter casks. Initially aged in ex-bourbon barrels, the combination of oak and smoke is perhaps reminiscent of good old-fashioned spaghetti westerns. Entering with aromas of campfires, cereal sweetness and brine, the palate is filled with herbal and malty notes and a lightly creamy character.
