Jim has visited this distillery on a couple of occasions and has always been in awe of the location with the Cullins as a backdrop, stunning absolutely stunning. just like their drams.

Lets open the bottle and taste this dram.

Taste…Clean and quite rich, chewable peat and smoke, sooty edge, some sea salt, sweet soft fruits, mixed roasted nuts.
Finish…Long with the peat and smoke sticking in there to the end, quite drying, found a wee touch of sweet tobacco.

As you all know Jim just loves his smoky/peaty drams and this one is right up his street, but Nicola thought it was just a tad too much for her palate.
