The winners of the Nikka Perfect serve heats across Europe will be competing for the final prize on Monday 5th November at the Blythswood Hotel in Glasgow from 11am to 4pm.

The contestants will be asked to compete on the following:

PART 1

They will each be given the same choice of ingredients and 15 minutes to try different combinations, dosages, garnishes.  This surprise cocktail will then be presented to the judges while describing their thoughts behind it.  Scored on flavour and presentation of the cocktail.

PART 2

The OMAKASE service – All three drinks must be created “on the fly” to suit the judge’s specific role.
