Monday 22nd March 2010 and Nicola is still in Thailand, so that just leaves Jim and Dougie to have a tasting of the Glen Moray Whisky – 12 Year Old Single Speyside Malt Scotch Whisky, which is one of the bottles that we purchased at McTears Auction of rare Whiskies last February.

Glen Moray Distillery sits on the banks of the River Lossie in the city of Elgin, the capital of Speyside, a region rich in Malt Whisky. Glen Moray Single Malt Whisky has been distilled here since 1897.

Well we both loved this wee dram and we also agreed that you might not find much better as an ideal after dinner dram, outside in the summer sunshine.

You will have to go onto the net or your specialist Whisky shop to buy one of these.
