A 2010 Talisker single malt from independent bottler Hunter Laing, matured in an ex-sherry butt for a decade, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its First Editions series. Aromas of smoke, mixed herbs and salted caramel fill the nose, complemented by notes of boiled sweets, mint and salty peat smoke throughout the palate.
