From Tasmania's Sulivan's Cove distillery, this 17-year-old Australian single malt has been matured in a single American oak cask, before being bottled in January 2018, as part of the distillery's Old & Rare series. Sweet, rich aromas of caramel, ripe bananas, toasted pine nuts and green grass fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of lemon, summer flowers, malt, vanilla, buttery biscuits and dried fruit.
