75cl / 55% | Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The 12th edition of the annual Parker’s Heritage Collection from Heaven Hill distillery. This bourbon was finished for four months in a barrel that had previously held French Orange Curacao liqueur. The nose is full of vanilla and caramel, but these are quickly joined by aromas of oranges, candied fruits and toasted oak. The palate is bursting with orange marmalade notes, bitter orange peel and sweet caramel. Seasoned oak and heady vanilla notes burst through before a long finish with hints of sugary oranges.
