A tribute to the celebrated Midleton master distiller that helped shape the renowned style, Barry Crockett Legacy is made with a selection of pot still whiskies that have been matured in ex-bourbon barrels, with a small amount aged in new American oak. This has created aromas of vanilla and toasted oak, lime, pears and green berries that fill the nose, followed by notes of pepper, lime and mandarin, cinnamon and vanilla on the palate. The finish is long and lingering, with touches of vanilla and toasted oak.
