Part of Midleton's Virgin Irish Oak Collection, Tree 3 has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and specially-made Irish oak casks from Knockrath Estate in County Wicklow. Aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, roasted coffee beans and fresh fruit fill the nose, complemented by notes of chocolate covered strawberries, honeycomb and peppery spice on the palate.
