A 2008 Jura single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a refill hogshead for 12 years before being bottled in December 2020 as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of candied peel, spicy oak and honey-drizzled barley fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla, sea salt, butterscotch, milk chocolate and pastry throughout the palate.
