A 2018 Arran single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for eight years, before being bottled in June 2021 as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of damp wool, rich barley, salt and gentle spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of creamy vanilla, nutmeg, buttery pastry, seaweed, apple and honey throughout the palate.
