A 1990 Isle of Jura single malt, distilled on December 5th 1990 and filled into American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, where it was matured for 26 years, before spending a further three years in Amoroso oloroso sherry butts. Aromas of peaches, cinnamon, mango, liquorice and marzipan fill the nose, complemented by notes of blackberries, raspberries, apple pie, gooseberries and vanilla custard throughout the palate.
