A 1989 Glenallachie single malt, matured in a single oloroso sherry hogshead for more than three decades before being bottled in August 2020. Aromas of heather honey, mocha, nutmeg, pineapple and eucalyptus fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, almonds, orange, grapefruit and fresh ginger throughout the palate.
