A 2005 Glenallachie single malt, matured for 15 years and finished in a virgin oak barrel before being bottled in September 2020. Aromas of heather honey, vanilla, banana, orange zest and ginger fill the nose that are echoed on the palate, alongside notes of dark chocolate, almonds and butterscotch.
