A 27-year-old Bladnoch bottled as part of the Antique Lions Butterflies series. While it has since reopened, the distillery closed back in 1993 and this is a whisky distilled during its final years as part of the United Distillers stable, very much a golden era. It's a fruity and grassy dram in the traditional lowland style, and is a proper slice of lost whisky history.
