70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing – The Old Particular range was first introduced in 2013 by independent bottler Douglas Laing as a replacement for the Old Malt Cask series. This Talisker from 2012 continues the tradition of single-cask releases bottled at natural cask strength under the company’s flagship label. Aged in a refill hogshead for 10 years, this expression offers notes of briny tar, vanilla oak and pepper throughout the famous Talisker smoke-filled palate.
