75cl / 45% – A sweet and smoky bourbon from King’s County distillery that has been made with peat-smoked malted barley, grown in Scotland, and matured in virgin American oak. Aromas of brambles, plums and smouldering embers fill the nose, complemented by notes of wood smoke, barbecued meat, coffee cake, cinnamon, chocolate fudge, bonfire ash and stewed blackberries throughout the palate.
