70cl / 45.8% / That Boutique-y Whisky Company – A highland single malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company matured for a minimum of 18 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez casks. There are aromas of wood resin, charred pineapple and medjool dates on the nose, complemented by notes of wood-fire smoke, charcuterie and charred oak on the palate.
