70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing – This 18-year-old single malt was drawn from a second-fill sherry butt and bottled by Douglas Laing for its Old Particular range. There are aromas of guava, toasted almonds and cinnamon on the nose, leading to crunchy red berries, vanilla and a dusting of cacao powder on the palate.
