70cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling – This 2012-vintage of Organic Barley is made with grain from Mid Coul farm in Inverness, Scotland, which is grown without pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Complex aromas of hay, dried barley, creamy fudge, runny honey and bright citrus oils give way to apricot and fresh coconut on nose.
