2011 – The Whisky Boys Whisky Awards

It is that time of the year again when Jim and Nicola sit down and review all things Whisky and give out our Independent Cork Awards (Gold, Silver and Bronze).  This is an ideal opportunity for the Whisky Boys to showcase their favourites over the last 12 months and award them accordingly.

The categories this year are :-

Best Scotch Blend

Best Non-Scotch Single Malt

Best Non-Scotch Blend

Best On-line Whisky Shop

Best High Street Whisky Shop

Best Whisky Festival

Best Distillery

Whisky Man of the Year

Whisky Woman of the Year

Best Whisky Bar of the Year

The Whisky Boys will be awarding the Corks to the top three in each category, with the most prestigious being the Gold Cork Award.

So Jim an Nicola will sit down soon, no doubt with a bottle of Single Malt and reminisce over the last 12 months, carefully selecting the winners and runners up in each category.
