An 18-year-old rye whiskey from WhistlePig, made with a mash bill of 79% rye, 15% malted rye and 6% malted barley, creating a floral, earthy character. Sweet aromas of toasted oak, red berries and nutmeg fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of summer fruits, white flowers, vanilla, oak and crystalised ginger fill the palate, with a spicy undercurrent of green rye.
