A 2007 Mannochmore single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill hogshead for 12 years before being bottled in December 2019 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of vanilla, green fruit and sweet cereals fill the nose, while the palate offers notes of baking spices, barley, sugar and vanilla, with hints of autumn fruits lingering in the finish.
