The Wall Collection explores cask finishing on Laphroaig’s mature spirit. The first edition in the series sees its 36-year-old whisky finished in casks which previously held young single malt from Laphroaig. This has imparted a youthful peaty exuberance to the mature malt and carries aromas of passionfruit, strawberries and leather on the nose, leading to notes of custard tart, marzipan and plenty of peat on the palate.
