A 1997 Invergordon single grain whisky from independent bottler Hunter Laing that was matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel for 24 years, before being bottled in November 2021 as part of its Sovereign series. Aromas of toffee, vanilla and blackberries fill the nose, complemented by notes of apple, blackcurrants and chocolate-covered raisins throughout the palate.
