A soft, grassy and fruity whisky from Imperial distillery, now closed. It was distilled on 4 July 1995 and bottled 26 years later, at 22 years old, a week before its 23rd birthday. Imperial closed in 1998 after a hundred years of sporadic operation, opening and closing several times during its life. This is a classic expression from the distillery, packed with meadow character and sweet fruit.
