A limited-edition 2004 GlenAllachie single maltm atured in a single ex-oloroso sherry puncheon for 15 years, before being bottled in August 2019 as part of the distillery's Single Cask series. Aromas of heather honey, orange zest and cinnamon fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of rich spices, treacle, raisins, orange peel and dark chocolate.
