A 1989 Glenallachie single malt from the fifth batch of the distillery's Single Cask series that has been matured in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon for 32 years, before being bottled in July 2021. Aromas of mocha, treacle, heather honey, sultanas and eucalyptus fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, figs, nutmeg, pineapple and orange zest throughout the palate.
