A fruity, spicy Filey Bay Yorkshire single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in a small batch ex-Ruby Port casks. Lighter and fruitier than Tawny Port, the Ruby Port casks create layers of blackberry jam, orange peel, raspberries and dark chocolate that mingle with Filey Bay's classic notes of vanilla, black pepper and warming oak spice throughout the palate.
