A 2009 Fettercairn single malt, matured in a single refill sherry butt for a decade, before being bottled by Douglas Laing as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of runny honey, cinnamon, blueberries and raspberries fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dried fruit, sugared almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, with hints of toasted barley and soft brown sugar lingering in the finish.
