The second whiskey in Egan's Legacy series, this Irish single malt has been matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in Banyuls wine casks from the Catalan Pyrenees. Aromas of rich chocolate mingle with dried fruit and warm spices on the nose, and the palate offers notes of baked peaches, apricots, clotted cream and hints of cassis.
