Matured in a single sherry butt for a decade, this 2008-vintage Edradour was bottled in March 2019 for the distillery’s Straight From the Cask series. A rich, fruity single malt, it has sweet raising and cinnamon aromas, while the palate offers note of baked apples, spiced oranges and sweet marmalade, before a long finish of apricots and sultanas.
