An oloroso sherry cask finished 2010 Craigellachie single malt from indie bottler Berry Bros & Rudd, matured for 11 years and bottled in 2021 as part of its Winter Release in celebration of Chinese Lunar New Year. Aromas of struck match, dates, cloves and sultana bread fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey, almonds, prunes, lime, mango and oak spice throughout the palate.
