A 2005 Craigellachie single malt from indie bottler Single Cask Nation, matured in a single second-fill ex-bourbon hogshead for 13 years, before being bottled in August 2019. Aromas of salty bacon, mandarin slices, crab cakes and oysters fill the nose, with earthy, smoky undertones. The palate offers notes of lively citrus, damp leaves, spicy ramen and salty seaweed.
