A 2007 Caol Ila single malt from indie bottler Single Cask Nation, mature in a second-fill ex-bourbon hogshead for 12 years before being bottled in May 2019. Floral aromas of lavender, rosehip, Turkish delight, almond shortbread, marzipan, dandelion and soft peat smoke fill the nose. The palate offers notes of lemon sherbet, cherry cola, fresh celery, bubblegum and smoky coals.
