This 2003-vintage Caol Ila single malt has been matured in a single hogshead for 15 years before being bottled in 2018 for La Maison du Whisky’s Artist #8 series. An elegant and refined single malt, it has gentle, smoky aromas of lemons, almonds and peonies. The palate initially offers notes of peat and salty liquorice, before developing lighter citrus flavours.
