Distilled in 2008, this characteristically fresh and green whisky has been darkened and deepened by an 18-month finishing period spent in ex-solera sherry butts. Thick, powerful peat smoke meets its match in rich stone-fruit sweetness against a backdrop of dark chocolate and charcoal bitterness. A beautiful thing.
