Matured for 31 years in a single cask, this whisky holds aromas of Victoria sponge with raspberry jam, pear drops, cherry brandy and pink-champagne-cake, with undertones of tar, wax and engine oil. The palate offers notes of Wine Gums, grape jelly and heather honey, followed by damp driftwood, sea salt, chocolate stout cake, root beer and cinnamon.
