A small-batch 10-year-old blended Scotch whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company that was bottled in celebration of its 10th anniversary. Birthday Blend is made up of well-aged single malt from Islay and characterful grain whisky from Edinburgh, creating aromas of buttery grains, lemon cream, green melon, black pepper, brine and beach campfire smoke that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of Wrigley's Juicy Fruit gum, papaya, lime zest, black pepper, spicy rye bread, soft smoke and a pinch of smoke that linger in the finish.
