Apple & Nut Flapjack was distilled at Blair Athol Distillery in 1991 and bottled by independent bottler Wemyss. This limited-edition single malt offers fruity, floral notes of crisp apples, violets and white flowers, slowly developing into richer, nuttier aromas. The palate is initially full of orchard fruits, apples and plums, before developing into notes of barley sugars, honey roasted nuts and spiced cereal. The finish is drying and nutty, with a delicate fruity edge, reminiscent of an apples and nut flapjack.
