A 2009 Ballechin single malt from Edradour's Straight From The Cask series, matured in an oloroso sherry cask for a decade, before being bottled in September 2020. Aromas of freshly-brewed coffee and charred oak mingle with raisins and sultanas on the nose, complemented by notes of cinder toffee, orange oil, Cadbury's Dairy Milk and savoury peat smoke throughout the palate.
