This elegant and fragrant single malt was matured for almost three decades in an ex-bourbon cask and bottled by indie bottler Carn Mor. There are aromas of peach blossom, honey nut cereal and ripe bananas on the nose that give way to a balancing combination of pineapple, citrus and freshly cut vanilla. This is a wonderful representation of Aultmore.
