A 2000 Auchroisk single malt from indie bottler Hunter Laing, matured in a single refill sherry hogshead for two decades, before being bottled in June 2021 as part of its Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of pear drops, apples and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon, toffee and aniseed on the palate that lead to a spicy, oaky finish.
