Even as a relative newcomer, it distinguished itself with a commitment to transparency and a series of well-received releases. This high-rye single barrel bourbon has been aged for four years in heavily-charred American oak barrels. The higher bottling proof brings a robust spiciness that is tempered by notes of vanilla, toffee and demerara sugar.
