70cl / 48% – A peated Irish whiskey from Two Stacks that has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-imperial stout casks, creating a complex, well-balanced character. Aromas of honeydew melons, sweet barley, rhubarb, peach, toffee and soft peat smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey, dry peat, white peaches, dark chocolate and creamy vanilla throughout the palate.
