70cl / 56.4% – Irish producer Two Stacks specialises in fresh and innovative whiskey releases. This expression was made by using a blend of double-distilled malt and triple-distilled peated malt aged in ex-bourbon casks, combined with triple-distilled malt matured in ex-bourbon oak and finished in ex-Imperial stout barrels. The result is a rich whiskey with sweet notes of smoked chocolate, honey, espresso, and a hint of sea salt throughout the palate.
